At The Nevada Divorce Center, we provide a wide variety of document preparation services. For all three cases, our services start at $199. We can prepare the documents you need, whether your spouse agrees or refuses to sign. Even if you cannot find them, we have got you covered.

Court filing fees are included in our divorce FULL-SERVICE packages.

If you choose the PAPERWORK-ONLY package, you will need to pay the court filing fees. It ranges around $250-$299 depending on what county you live in.

Many people who are on a budget will pay us to prepare their paperwork first. When their next paycheck comes in, that is when they will give us the rest for the court filing. WE DO PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS.

Yes. If you have minors children we can still process the paperwork you need to get a divorce, annulment, or separation in the state of Nevada.

In order for you to get a divorce or separation in Nevada, you or your spouse must be a resident in the state. For you to be a resident, you must have lived in the state for at least SIX weeks.

To get an annulment in Nevada, you must be a resident or have married in the state.

The divorces, annulments, and separations that we prepare for our customers are typed on court-preferred documents. We backup the service we provide to our customers.

If for some odd reason the Nevada court does not accept the documents that we prepare for you, we will refund 100% of your money minus court fees. (Provided written rejection form the judge).

We reserve the right to prepare any additional paperwork that the court requests of you.

Yes. If you are in the military and your leave and earnings statement (LES) is within the state of Nevada, we can arrange your divorce papers.

If you purchase our We File for You option, we can file your paperwork as long as you are filing within Clark County or Nye County.

Yes. We will prepare the proper documents for you so you can file for a “divorce by publication.” You will need to fill out an affidavit, which will show the court that you made every attempt possible to try and find your spouse.

This involves having a local newspaper (such as the Nevada Legal News, Review-Journal, or Las Vegas Sun) publish on their pages that you are seeking a divorce from your spouse.

After 21 days, if your spouse does not respond back to the court, they will allow you to get a default judgment on your spouse.

Yes. If your spouse refuses to sign the divorce papers, you will need to have them served by the sheriff or a process server. Your spouse will then have 21 days to respond back to the court.

If they do respond, then a court date will be scheduled for you and your spouse to settle the divorce matter.

If your spouse does not respond, then you can get a default decree and get your divorce finalized.

That is a great question. With the advent of the Internet, you have to be very careful on how you use your credit card information online. We currently use PayPal to process all of our payments. It is the one of the oldest, safest, and most used online payment processors in the world.

PayPal is used by Amazon and eBay (the world’s largest online auction site’s) to process their payment. We never handle, touch, or see any of your credit information. All of that is handled by PayPal.
